Accordingly, an order to take measures was issued pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the same Act.

The Consumer Affairs Agency issued a corrective order to Japanet Takata Corporation regarding the display related to the transaction of the product called "[2025] Extra Large Japanese and Western Style Osechi 2-tiered Box," based on violations of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations (specifically, Article 5, Item 2, concerning advantageous misrepresentation), following investigations by the Consumer Affairs Agency and the Fair Trade Commission.

Ordered to suspend part of the e-commerce operations (advertising, application acceptance, and contract conclusion) for six months from September 10, 2025, to March 9, 2026.

Therefore, an order to take measures was issued pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the same Act.

A measure was ordered based on Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations due to acts violating the Act concerning the display related to the supplement called 'Rohto V5 Act Vision a' supplied by the company, which corresponds to the Act's Article 5, Paragraph 3 (Stealth Marketing Notice).

The Kyushu Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry ordered Eco Plus Co., Ltd., a door-to-door purchasing business, to suspend part of its operations related to door-to-door sales (solicitation, acceptance of applications, and contract conclusion) for six months from December 24, 2024, to June 23, 2025, based on Article 58-13-1 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions on December 23, 2024.

The company was found to have violated the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations regarding the display related to courses supplied at the nail school called 'Afloat Nail School' operated by the company. A corrective order was issued based on Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Act.

We are currently reviewing amendments to the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act.
