令和4年9月9日に実施した貸切バスを利用した旅行において、運送を引受けた貸切バス事業者が、運送の引受けに際して取引される手数料により、安全コストを割り込んで手数料が旅行会社に支払われたとして、道路運送法第10条違反で行政処分を受け、当該取引に関与した。

Regarding pharmaceuticals (HMG Injection 75 IU 'Ferring' and HMG Injection 150 IU 'Ferring'), the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency conducted an on-site inspection of the active pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturer, Instituto Massone S.A. (Argentina), in November 2022. It was confirmed that the manufacturer did not comply with the standards for manufacturing and quality control of pharmaceuticals and quasi-drugs (GMP Ordinance).
