令和６年６月１９日から６月２１日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和６年１２月２日までに報告されたい。記以下の事項をはじめとして、本社が、現場の状況を的確に把握する体制を整備した上で、現場の業務の実施状況を定期的に検証して、課題を整理し、必要な改善を行うとともに、改善の実行性が確保されるよう安全管理体制の強化を図ること。１．電気設備実施基準第７２条に規定する電車線路の高さ・偏位の異常の有無の検査について、中央前橋駅３番線及び側線全てにおいて検査が行われていないことを確認した。よって、同実施基準に基づき、確実な検査の実施及び適切な管理ができるよう必要な措置を講じること。２．車両実施基準３４条に規定する月検査において、第４９条で規定される別表２に基づく検査項目のうち車輪・車軸にかかる測定について、同基準に定める検査周期を超過していることを確認した。よって、同実施基準に基づき、確実な検査の実施及び適切な管理ができるよう必要な措置を講じること。以上【関東運輸局】
