令和8年8月24日から25日に貴協会に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和8年10月15日までに報告されたい。記１．単線固定循環式特殊索道整備細則第５条に基づく１月検査及び適合確認検査において、以下の項目の成績を記録していないことを確認した。（１）１月検査・索条：支えい索「伸びの量（測定）」・支柱：受索装置、脱索防止装置「外観状態の良否（目視）」、「溝の異常摩耗、損傷の有無（目視）」、「回転状態の良否（目視、聴覚）」、「脱索防止装置の状態の良否（目視）」（２）適合確認検査・その他の工作物：乗降場「各部損傷の有無（目視）」、「搬器座面と床面との間隔の良否（測定）」、「各種表示等の良否（目視）」、「盛土、石積等の状態の良否（目視）」・その他の工作物：建造物「外観状態の良否（目視）」、「掲示類の良否（目視）」よって、単線固定循環式特殊索道整備細則第８条に基づき検査の成績を確実に記録できるよう、検査成績の記録簿の見直しを図るなど必要な措置を講ずること。２．単線固定循環式特殊索道整備細則第８条第２項に基づく索条の検査等の記録について、索条を交換してから令和４年度までの間の記録を保存していないことを確認した。よって、索条の検査等の記録を適切に保存するとともに、索道施設の検査を適切に管理できる体制を構築すること。３．救助装置の種類が変更されているにもかかわらず、索道施設の変更の届出が行われていないことを確認した。よって、速やかに必要な手続きを行うとともに、同種事案の再発を防止する措置を講ずること。以上【北海道運輸局】
