令和8年6月17日（水）から18日（木）まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められた事から、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。改善措置を講ずるにあたっては、発生した背後要因を含めて原因を究明したうえで、再発防止のための措置を講ずること。なお、講じた措置については、令和8年10月1日までに報告されたい。記車両の保全の実施について、以下のことを確認した。（１）車両実施基準第29条で規定する月検査について、同基準第9号表の検査項目のうち「保護継電器動作による遮断器の動作」、「緊急防護装置の機能」の検査を実施していないこと。（２）同基準第30条で規定する重要部検査について、同基準第10号表の一部検査項目において規定された検査方法のうち、絶縁耐力試験を実施していないこと。（３）同基準第31条で規定する全般検査について、同基準第11号表の一部検査項目において規定された検査方法のうち、絶縁耐力試験を実施していないこと。（４）同基準第35条で規定する月検査の記録について、「空気ブレーキ装置の機能及び漏気試験」、「自動戸閉装置の開閉作用及び開閉状態」、「戸閉保安装置の機能」の検査の記録を保存していないこと。よって、検査未実施の検査項目について、速やかに検査を実施するとともに、車両の定期検査を確実に実施及び管理できるよう必要な措置を講ずること。以上【中部運輸局】
