貴局においては、令和元年６月６日に１号線下飯田駅～立場駅間における列車脱線事故を、同年８月２９日には踊場駅構内における鉄道人身障害事故を発生させ、再三改善の指示をしてきたところであるが、令和４年３月３日５時２０分頃、３号線関内駅～桜木町駅間において、車両及び電気設備の破損により、通勤・通学時間帯を含めて長時間にわたる輸送障害を発生させ、利用者に多大な影響を与えたことは誠に遺憾である。ついては、貴局において、本事象の背後要因を含めて原因の究明を行うとともに、同種事象の再発防止のための措置を講じ、鉄道の安全・安定輸送の確保に万全を期すよう警告する。なお、講じた措置等については、文書により速やかに報告されたい。【関東運輸局】
