The construction business operator submitted application documents for construction industry permits on May 19, 2022, claiming that the person serving as the management responsible for business operations was the 'Construction Manager' who is second in command under the director of Corporation A. However, this person was not in a position subordinate to the director, nor engaged in the overall management of business operations such as funding procurement, deployment of engineers and skilled workers, or contract signing. Furthermore, despite the company not providing evidence of this person's experience, the operator falsely presented an organizational chart indicating that the 'Construction Manager' held a position subordinate to the director, and falsely claimed that this person met the criteria of Article 7, Item 1, Subitem i (3) of the Enforcement Regulations of the Construction Business Act, and that the company had certified this experience. The permit was granted on June 10, 2022. Additionally, on December 5, 2022, the operator reported the abolition of its general construction permits related to plumbing and fire protection facilities, which falls under the provisions of Article 12, Item 5 of the Construction Business Act.
