Original Japanese text	令和８年３月６日に、貴市に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和８年６月１１日までに報告されたい。記以下の事項をはじめとして、現場の状況を的確に把握する体制を整備した上で、現場の業務の実施状況を定期的に検証して、課題を整理し、必要な改善を行うとともに、改善の実行性が確保されるよう安全管理体制の強化を図ること。１．霧ヶ峰第１ロマンスリフトの臨時検査において、試運転の際に行う上り線最大負荷の条件で制動距離、時間を計測するなどの検査の一部が実施されていないことを確認した。よって、索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める省令に基づき適切に検査を行うとともに、同種事案が再び発生することがないよう適切な措置を講ずること。２．霧ヶ峰第１ロマンスリフトの整備細則で規定している検査項目の一部を変更していたにもかかわらず、整備細則の変更の届出を行っていないことを確認した。よって、現有する索道施設と整備細則の整合を確認し、索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める省令第４条に基づく手続きを行うとともに、同種事案が再び発生することがないよう適切な措置を講ずること。以上【北陸信越運輸局】
