令和６年１月２３日から２６日に貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。なお、改善措置を講ずるにあたっては、発生した背後要因を含めて原因を究明したうえで、再発防止のための措置を講ずること。また、講じた措置については、令和６年４月２５日までに報告されたい。記１．藤崎宮前駅及び北熊本駅のプラットホームについて、軌道整備実施基準第19条に規定する建築限界を支障していたことを確認した。よって、建築限界を支障する箇所については、早急に必要な措置を行うこと。また、再発を防止するために軌道整備実施基準の改正や必要な教育を実施するとともに、適切に維持管理するための体制の見直しを行うこと。２．電気設備実施基準第７４条に規定する電気設備の定期検査について、令和４年度の定期検査のうち、高圧配電線路の柱上変圧器及び避雷器の接地抵抗測定を実施していないことを確認した。また、運転保安設備実施基準第５７条に規定する運転保安設備の定期検査について、令和２年度の定期検査のうち、無線通信設備の検査が許容期間内に実施されていないことを確認した。よって、電気設備及び運転保安設備の定期検査が適切な方法及び期間に実施されているか確認し、これらの設備に応じた検査表を整備する等の必要な措置を講ずるとともに、検査を確実に実施するための体制を構築すること。【九州運輸局】
