令和６年９月２５日から２７日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和７年１月３１日までに報告されたい。記（指示事項）１．列車等の運転に直接関係する作業を行う係員に対し、実施基準管理規定第１０条第１項に定める作業を行うのに必要な知識及び技能を保有させるための教育の一部を実施していないことを確認した。よって、作業を行うのに必要な知識及び技能を保有するよう、教育及び訓練を計画的に実施し、適切に管理できる措置を講ずること。２．若桜駅及び八東駅構内の６箇所において、自動列車停車装置の取付位置が運転保安設備実施基準の定める整備基準値を超過したまま放置していることを確認した。よって、自動列車停車装置の取付位置が整備基準値を外れた場合は基準値内に整備するとともに、自動列車停車装置を適切に保守管理する措置を講ずること。【中国運輸局】
