令和４年８月３０日から３１日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。改善措置を講ずるにあたっては、発生した背後要因を含めて原因を究明した上で、同種事象の再発防止のための措置を講ずること。講じた措置については、令和４年１１月７日までに報告されたい。記電気設備実施基準第７９条に規定する電気設備の定期検査について、一部の電気設備の定期検査の点検作業等を他鉄道事業者に委託しているが、定期検査が実施されていないものや、検査許容期間を超過しているものがあり、定期検査が適切に実施、管理されていない事実を確認した。よって、定期検査が必要となる全ての電気設備について、定期検査を確実に実施するとともに、その結果を適切に管理するよう、定期検査に係る実施及び管理の方法と体制を整備すること。【四国運輸局】
