Original Japanese text	令和３年７月１３日から７月１５日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。改善措置を講ずるにあたっては、発生した背後要因を含めて原因を究明した上で、同種事象の再発防止のための措置を講ずること。なお、講じた措置については、令和３年９月６日までに報告されたい。記側線の軌道変位検査について検査結果の記録の一部が作成、保存されていない事実を確認した。よって、軌道変位検査を実施した際には、線路設備実施基準第１１４条に基づきその記録の作成、保存及び管理が適切になされるよう必要な措置を講ずること。また、検査実施の管理体制を検証し、必要により見直すこと。【北海道運輸局】
