令和６年６月２５日（火）から２６日（水）まで、貴村及び貴協会に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。改善措置を講ずるにあたっては、発生した背後要因を含めて原因を究明したうえで、再発防止のための措置を講ずること。なお、講じた措置については、令和６年８月２３日までに報告されたい。記１．索道施設の保安設備に関し、鉄道事業法第３８条において準用する同法第１２条に基づく手続きを行っていないにもかかわらず、茶臼山高原第１ペアリフト及び茶臼山高原第２ペアリフトの山頂の停留場に設けてある乗越検出装置の取付位置が変更されていることを確認した。よって、速やかに鉄道事業法第３８条において準用する同法第１２条に基づく手続きを行うとともに、当該索道に関する図面等を業務の委託者及び受託者間において適切に共有するなど同種事案が再び発生することがないよう適切な措置を講ずること。以上【中部運輸局】
