令和６年１０月２１日から２３日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したと ころであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の 事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。 講じた措置については、令和７年２月５日までに報告されたい。 記 （指示事項） １．鉄道技術基準省令に基づく実施基準（施設関係）第４４条に規定する施 設（トンネル）の変状記録について、前回の保安監査において「構造物の 変状履歴が把握できるよう保存すること」と改善指示していたものの、一 部構造物の変状履歴が把握できるよう保存されていないことを確認した。 よって、同実施基準第４４条に基づき変状履歴が把握できるよう保存す ることを改めて検討したうえで、継続して管理できる体制を構築すること。 【中国運輸局】
