令和６年４月２３日に貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和６年６月１７日までに報告されたい。記１.単線固定循環式特殊索道整備細則第５条に基づく適合確認検査のうち、支えい索の「塗油状態の良否」に係る検査の成績を記録していないことを確認した。また、今回確認した事実については、前回保安監査においても確認されており、当時、改善が図られたところであったが、当局に届出されている整備細則と異なる細則を使用していたことにより、再度発生していることを確認した。よって、同細則第８条に基づき検査の成績を確実に記録できるよう必要な措置を講ずるとともに、再発を防止するための適切な管理体制を構築すること。以上【北海道運輸局】
