令和３年１２月２２日から２３日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和５年２月１３日までに報告されたい。（決裁日から１か月後）記（指示事項）１．索道施設の検査記録について、索道施設、整備細則及び検査記録簿において整合性が取れていないこと並びに検査の結果の一部に記載誤り及び記録されていないことを確認した。よって、索道施設、整備細則及び記録簿の整合を図り、索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める省令第４３条に基づき、確実な検査の成績の記録を行うこと。また、整備細則の内容を再点検し、同省令第４条に基づく整備細則の変更について必要な手続きを行うこと。２．索道施設の整備状況及び検査の記録について、一部の設備に故障など不良箇所があるにもかかわらず適切な整備が行われていないこと及び検査の結果が適切に記録されていないことを確認した。よって、当該設備について、索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める省令第３９条に基づき、整備等の必要な措置を行うこと。また、同省令第４３条に基づき、検査の結果を適切に記録するよう保守管理体制の改善を図ること。【中国運輸局】
