The company must review and, if necessary, modify the installation and attendant placement to ensure proper functionality, following the procedures under Article 12 of the Railway Business Act, and take measures to prevent similar issues in the future. The guidance was issued by the Hokuriku-Shinetsu Transport Bureau. The company is required to report the corrective actions by April 17, 2025.
