令和５年４月２６日から４月２８日に貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。なお、改善措置を講ずるにあたっては、発生した背後要因を含めて原因を究明したうえで、再発防止のための措置を講ずること。また、講じた措置については、令和５年７月５日までに報告されたい。記１．令和３年度に実施した車両の全般検査及び令和４年度に実施した補修工事において、鉄道事業法第１３条第２項で規定する車両の確認の手続きを行っていない部材を使用して補修を行っていることを確認した。よって、同種事案について確認するため、その他の検査・工事においても必要な手続きが行われているか確認し、その結果、手続きが必要なものについては、早急に手続きを行うとともに、今後の検査・工事の際にも必要な手続きが確実に実施されるよう、車両の管理体制の改善を図ること。以上【九州運輸局】
