| Original Japanese text | 鉄道の安全・安定輸送の確保については、機会あるごとに注意喚起してきたところであるが、令和５年８月５日２１時２４分ころ、東海道線 大船駅構内において、走行中の列車が電化柱と衝突し、乗客・乗務員が負傷する鉄道人身障害事故を発生させ、さらにその結果、東海道線、横須賀線、根岸線等において長時間にわたり運転を休止し、また、多数の乗客の降車誘導を要する事態となるなど、利用者に多大な影響を与えたことは誠に遺憾である。 ついては、本事故の背後要因を含めて原因の究明を行うとともに、同種事故の再発防止のための措置を講じ、鉄道の安全・安定輸送の確保に万全を期すよう警告する。 また、複数の乗客が負傷、熱中症等により救急搬送された事態を踏まえ、本事故の発生からの乗客及び旅客への対応についても検証を行うとともに、その検証の結果を踏まえ必要な場合は適切な措置を講じること。 なお、講じた措置等については、文書により速やかに報告されたい。 【関東運輸局】 |
