令和６年２月８日から２月９日まで、貴組合に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。 講じた措置については、令和６年４月１２日までに報告されたい。 記 １.索道施設の点検・検査（以下「検査等」という。）について、以下の事実を確認した。 （１）単線固定循環式特殊索道整備細則の単線固定循環式特殊索道の整備基準及び限度において、周期が3年と定められた握索装置の解体検査を実施していないこと。 （２）単線固定循環式特殊索道整備細則第5条に基づく検査標準に規定された、12月検査（臨時検査（2））の保安設備の検査項目のうち、運転予鈴、制動機開放検出装置及び油圧緊張圧力低下検出装置について、細則第8条に基づく検査等の記録がされていないこと。 よって、未実施となっている握索装置の解体検査を実施するとともに、検査等の記録表の見直しを行い、索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める省令第四十二条及び第四十三条に基づき、適切な検査等の実施及びその成績を記録できる体制を構築すること。 【北海道運輸局】
