令和６年７月１８日から２５日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和６年１０月１７日までに報告されたい。記根室線浦幌駅2番線上り出発信号機の誤出発防止用ATSの地上子について、停止現示の共振周波数が進行現示の共振周波数になっており、運転保安設備心得（実施基準）第11条に規定する機能について正確に動作しない状態であったことを確認した。また、本件については検査記録が保存されていた平成30年度以降、同様の状態であったと考えられ、さらに、それ以前についても同様の状態であった可能性があることを確認した。よって、同種事象が発生していないか速やかに点検を実施するとともに、運転保安設備について適切に維持管理できる体制を構築すること。以上【北海道運輸局】
