令和３年３月４日、宮工建株式会社において、廃棄物の処理及び清掃に関する法律（昭和45年 法律第137号。以下「法」という。）第14条の３の２第1項の規定により産業廃棄物収集運搬業及 び産業廃棄物処分業の許可、第15条の３第1項の規定により産業廃棄物処理施設設置の許可が取 り消された。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当するものである。
