令和７年２月１３、１４日に貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和７年４月２４日までに報告されたい。記１．山田牧場第２ペアリフトの搬器個数について、変更の届出をすることなく減少していたことを確認した。よって、鉄道事業法第３８条に準用する同法第１２条に基づく手続きを行うとともに、同種事案が再び発生することがないよう措置を講ずること。２．山田牧場第１ペアリフト及び山田牧場第２ペアリフトの１月検査の周期が超過していたことを確認した。よって、鉄道事業法第３５条に基づき、確実に使用期間の１月ごとに検査を実施するよう社内の管理方法を整備し、同種事案が再び発生することがないよう措置を講ずること。３．山田牧場第３リフトの設備の検査を行ったときにその年月日を記録していないことを確認した。よって、鉄道事業法第３５条に基づき、設備の検査を行ったときにその年月日を確実に記録するよう社内の管理方法を整備し、同種事案が再び発生することがないよう措置を講ずること。【北陸信越運輸局】
