令和６年２月６日から２月７日まで、貴法人に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和６年４月１２日までに報告されたい。記１.三笠山スキー場リフトの保安設備について、風速計の警報鳴動となる風速の設定値が工事計画で定められた値と異なっていたことを確認した。よって、上記設備について鉄道事業法第三十八条で準用する同十二条に基づく索道施設変更の手続き等必要な措置を講ずるとともに、今後同様の事象が発生しないよう施設を適切に管理すること。【北海道運輸局】
