令和７年２月１２日（水）から１４日（金）まで、貴市に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。改善措置を講ずるにあたっては、発生した背後要因を含めて原因を究明したうえで、再発防止のための措置を講ずること。なお、講じた措置については、令和７年４月２５日までに報告されたい。記１．索道施設の電気設備の検査について、高山市民スキー場単線自動循環式特殊索道整備細則第５条で規定する臨時検査（２）の一部の検査項目（緊張設備及び保安設備全般にかかる「絶縁抵抗の良否（測定）」並びに原動設備及び保安設備全般の「接地抵抗の良否（測定）」）を実施していないことを確認した。よって、速やかに同設備の検査を実施するとともに、高山市民スキー場単線自動循環式特殊索道整備細則第５条に基づき適切に検査を実施できるよう、索道施設の維持管理する体制を改善すること。２．索道施設の緊張設備について、鉄道事業法第３８条において準用する同法第１２条に基づく手続きを行っていないにもかかわらず、位山第１クワッドリフトの索道施設が変更されていることを確認した。よって、速やかに鉄道事業法第３８条において準用する同法第１２条に基づく手続きを行うとともに、同種事案が再び発生することがないよう適切な措置を講ずること。以上【中部運輸局】
