令和６年４月２３日（火）から２４日（水）まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。改善措置を講ずるにあたっては、発生した背後要因を含めて原因を究明したうえで、再発防止のための措置を講ずること。なお、講じた措置については、令和６年７月３日までに報告されたい。記１．車両構造装置について、鉄道事業法第１３条第２項に規定する変更の確認を受けていないにもかかわらず、火災対策に係る事項のうち車両の乗降口付近の床面の材料が変更されていることを確認した。よって、車両確認の申請等の手続きが確実に実施されるよう必要な措置を講じること。以上【中部運輸局】
