令和５年２月１５日から１６日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。 講じた措置については、令和５年５月８日までに報告されたい。 記 （指示事項） １．索道施設について、救助装置の取付位置、搬器の個数及び保安設備の乗越検出装置の作用が変更されていたが、必要な変更手続きが行われていないことを確認した。 よって、鉄道事業法第３８条において準用する同法第１２条及び索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める省令第４条に基づき、索道施設の変更手続き等の必要な措置を講ずること。 ２．索道施設について、損傷等による復旧の際に、運転予鈴が整備されていないことを確認した。 よって、当該設備について、索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める省令第３９条に基づき、整備等の必要な措置を行うこと。また、今後、索道施設の損傷等による復旧の際には、施設変更認可申請時の図面や運転取扱細則及び整備細則等との整合性に留意すること。 ３．索道施設の検査及び記録について、検査の一部が実施されていないこと及び検査の結果が適切に記録されていないことを確認した。 よって、索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める省令第４２条及び第４３条に基づき、確実な検査の実施及び検査の成績の記録を行えるよう保守管理体制の改善を図ること。 【中国運輸局】
