This conduct contravened the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations and violated Article 3 of the Act. On March 24, 2025, the Fair Trade Commission issued an order for corrective measures and a surcharge payment order. This conduct is recognized as corresponding to items 2 and 3 of Paragraph 1, Article 28 of the Construction Business Act.
