建設業法（昭和24年法律第100号）第28条第3項の規定に基づく営業の停止命令 １ 停止を命ずる営業の範囲 建設業の営業のうち、公共工事に係るもの又は民間工事であって補助金等の交付を受けているもの。 (注１) 「公共工事」とは、国、地方公共団体、法人税法（昭和40年法律第34号）別表第一に掲げる公共法人（地方公共団体を除く。）又は建設業法施行規則（昭和24年建設省令第14号）第18条に規定する法人が発注者であるもの又は民間資金等の活用による公共施設等の整備等の促進に関する法律（平成11年法律第117号）第２条第２項に規定する特定事業に係るものをいう。 (注２) 「民間工事」とは、公共工事以外の建設工事をいう。 (注３) 「補助金等」とは、補助金等に係る予算の執行の適正化に関する法律（昭和30年法律第179号）第２条第１項に規定する補助金等及び同条第４項に規定する間接補助金等並びに地方公共団体の交付する給付金でこれらに類するものをいう。 ２ 停止を命ずる期間 令和６年９月19日から令和７年９月18日までの１年間
