Antimonopoly violation日本通運（株）外１３社は、公正取引委員会による国際航空貨物利用運送業務を営む事業者に対する審査の結果、独占禁止法第３条（不当な取引制限の禁止）の規定に違反する行為を行っていたと認定され、平成２１年３月１８日、排除措置命令及び課徴金納付命令を受けた（日本通運（株）については違反事実の公表のみ。）。 なお、日本通運（株）については公正取引委員会から課徴金減免制度の適用業者であることが公表されているため、指名停止の措置要領第５第３項に該当する。 また、今回指名停止を措置する日本通運（株）以外の１３社に関しては、文部科学省に有資格登録がなされていない。
