In a construction project within Osaka City, Kabushiki Kaisha Daiju subcontracted the work to Fujimoto Komuten Co., Ltd., but failed to notify the designated construction business operator of the re-subcontracting, in violation of Article 24-8, Paragraph 2 of the Construction Business Act. The Osaka Prefecture issued an instruction on February 25, 2022, requiring the company to comply with the Construction Business Act and related laws, and to implement measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Kabushiki Kaisha Taiju, located at Osaka Prefecture Daito City, Teragawa 3-chome, 4-36, was subject to a 60-day suspension starting March 1, 2022, based on Article 28, Paragraph 3 of the Construction Business Act. The violations involved undertaking construction projects exceeding the permitted contract amount without the necessary license under Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Act, and unlawfully subcontracting the contracted work to Kabushiki Kaisha Fujimoto Komuten in violation of Article 22, Paragraph 1 of the Act. The enforcement was carried out by Osaka Prefecture.

The Osaka Prefecture canceled the construction business permit of Kabushiki Kaisha Daiju (corporate number 9122001027753) on September 17, 2021, based on Article 29, Paragraph 1 of the Building Business Act. The reason for the cancellation was that, following the end of a transitional measure that temporarily regarded certain technicians as qualified for demolition work until June 30, 2021, the company no longer met the standards specified in Article 7, Paragraph 2 of the Building Business Act. This measure was introduced by the law revising the Construction Business Act (Law No. 55 of 2014) to establish demolition work as a new category. The company's main office is located at 3-4-36 Teragawa, Daito City, Osaka Prefecture.
