Licensing-law violation(東北地方環境事務所管内) 指名停止措置要領 別表2第12号 (建設業法違反行為) 青森県内、宮城県内及び福島県内で請け負った電気工事並 びに宮城県内で請け負った管工事において、建設業法第3条第 1項の許可を受けないで建設業を営むものと政令で定める軽微 な建設工事の範囲(500万円)を超えて下請契約を締結した。こ のことが同法第28条第1項第6号に該当するとして、平成28年12 月20日に建設業許可部局である東北地方整備局長から指示処 分を受けた。 このことは、当省の「工事請負契約書等に係る指名停止等措 置要領について」(平成13年1月6日付環境会第9号大臣官房会 計課長通知)別表2第12号(建設業法違反行為)に該当するた め、当該業者に対して指名停止を行うものである。
