The company falsely stated that Mr. A, who was not a full-time officer, was a full-time officer in their documents, and failed to disclose that Mr. A worked at B Architectural Design Office, which was unrelated to construction business. They also falsely claimed Mr. A had over five years of experience as a construction business management supervisor, which he did not. 3. The company designated Mr. C as a 'dedicated' technical personnel under the Construction Business Act, despite Mr. C not working full-time at the office or being dedicated solely to duties, which is a requirement for such designation. 4. Mr. A, who was the management supervisor under Article 7, Paragraph 1, was not engaged as a full-time officer, and Mr. C, designated as a 'dedicated' technical personnel under Article 7, Paragraph 2, was not working full-time or solely at the office, thus failing to meet the licensing standards. 5. The company submitted false information in their permit application documents, including attachments, and obtained a construction business permit under the Construction Business Act on July 17, 2020.
