Safety violation or accident寺井建設（株）は，平成２６年６月２８日，一般工事の工事現場において，小型移動式クレーン仕様ドラグショベル（吊り上げ荷重２．９トン）を用いて重量約１トンの土のうの吊り上げ作業を行っていたところ，落下した吊荷（土のう）の下敷きになり，作業員１名が死亡する事故を発生させた。このことにより，平成２７年２月２５日に労働安全衛生法違反により罰金刑が確定した。
