The company subjected two workers in the headquarters construction department to illegal overtime work beyond the extended hours under the labor-management agreement based on Article 36 of the Labor Standards Act. The company also allowed over 100 hours of overtime and holiday work per month, as well as an average of over 80 hours of overtime and holiday work per month over multiple consecutive months. The Osaka District Public Prosecutors Office submitted documents to the Osaka District Public Prosecutors Office, and on December 4, 2024, a summary order of a 300,000 yen fine was issued to the company and two officers. This is recognized as corresponding to Item 3, Paragraph 1, Article 28 of the Construction Business Act.
