The former employee obtained bid information from Fukushima Airport Office staff in August 2021 and February 2022 with the former advisors and officers, and was sentenced to one year in prison (with a three-year suspension) on March 19, 2025, for obstructing public contract bidding. These actions are violations of Article 28, Paragraph 3 of the Construction Business Act (corresponding to Items 2 and 3 of Paragraph 1 of the same article).
