Former advisors and former officers of Shiga Kensetsu Co., Ltd. were involved in providing bid information for public works projects ordered by Ishikawa Town and Fukushima Prefecture. Between October 2019 and March 2023, they provided alcohol and other items to the former mayor of Ishikawa Town in exchange for bid information on public works ordered by Ishikawa Town. They also obtained bid information from Fukushima Airport Office staff along with a former employee for public works ordered by Fukushima Prefecture. As a result, on February 13, 2025, they were sentenced to two years in prison (with a four-year suspension) for obstructing public contract bidding and bribery. The former employee obtained bid information from Fukushima Airport Office staff in August 2021 and February 2022 with the former advisors and officers, and was sentenced to one year in prison (with a three-year suspension) on March 19, 2025, for obstructing public contract bidding. These actions are violations of Article 28, Paragraph 3 of the Construction Business Act (corresponding to Items 2 and 3 of Paragraph 1 of the same article).

株式会社志賀建設の元顧問及び元役員は、令和元年１０月から令和５年３月までにかけて、石川町発注の公共工事の入札について、入札情報の提供の見返りに元石川町長へ酒類等を提供したほか、福島県発注の福島空港に係る公共工事の入札について、元従業員とともに福島空港事務所職員から入札情報を入手した。このことにより、令和７年２月１３日付けで公契約関係競売入札妨害及び贈賄の罪による懲役２年（執行猶予４年）の刑が確定した。 また、元従業員は、令和３年８月及び令和４年２月に、福島県発注の福島空港に係る公共工事の入札について、元顧問及び元役員とともに福島空港事務所職員から入札情報を入手した。このことにより、令和７年３月１９日付けで公契約関係競売入札妨害の罪による懲役１年（執行猶予３年）の刑が確定した。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第３項（同条第１項第２号及び第３号）に該当する。
