As a result, the company obtained construction permits on November 19, 2021, for civil engineering, earthwork, stonework, electrical work, steel structure work, paving, shunsetsu work, and waterworks. Furthermore, the company falsely stated in the permit application that Mr. B was a full-time officer and technical manager at the company's office, despite not working exclusively at the office. The company obtained permits on November 19, 2021, for the same categories as above. Additionally, the company failed to meet the standards for permits under Article 7, Paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Construction Business Act, because Mr. A was not engaged as a full-time officer or working exclusively at the company's office, and Mr. B also did not meet these standards.
