令和３年３月１１日から１２日まで、貴事業団に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和３年７月１日までに報告されたい。記１．鉄道事業法第３８条において準用する同法第１９条の４に基づく安全報告書の作成･公表がされていないことを確認した。よって、安全報告書に係る関係規定を熟知したうえで、作成･公表を確実に実施すること。２．整備細則の点検･検査箇所に「緊張台車」の項目が規定されていないこと、予備原動装置の試運転周期が変更されていたが、整備細則の変更手続きが行われていないことを確認した。よって、整備細則の内容を再点検し、索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める省令第４条に基づく整備細則変更について、必要な手続きを行うこと。３．前回監査で業務の管理体制の改善を指示したところであるが、現行の整備細則や施設の変更に係る図面等が適切に保管されておらず、また、予備原動機試運転周期の変更も未手続きであることを確認した。よって、安全管理規程第１５条第１項を確実に遵守するとともに、業務の管理体制について更なる改善に取り組むこと。４．臨時検査（適合確認検査）及び１月検査の記録について、一部記録漏れを確認した。よって、索道施設に関する技術上の基準を定める省令第４３条に基づき、検査を行ったときは確実に記録するとともに、管理体制の改善を図ること。【中国運輸局】
