令和３年１１月８日から１１月１２日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和４年５月２日までに報告されたい。記以下の事項をはじめとして、本社が、現場の状況を的確に把握する体制を整備した上で、現場の業務の実施状況を定期的に検証して、課題を整理し、必要な改善を行うとともに、改善の実行性が確保されるよう安全管理体制の強化を図ること。１．「電車運転関係業務従事者適性検査及び教育訓練細則」第11条（施行細則）に基づく、「駅扱いの取扱いについて」記４において、技能維持訓練を実施する際は、ＣＴＣから駅扱いに切換える場合は必ず駅長が指導するものと定められているが、第３号線（四つ橋線）北加賀屋停留場の駅長がＣＴＣから駅扱いに切換える場合の指導を実施していないことを確認した。よって、技能維持訓練の際には、当該の規定に基づき駅長の指導のもと実施するとともに、教育及び訓練が適切に実施できる管理体制への改善を行うこと。【近畿運輸局】
