有限会社東日技術の代表取締役は、令和２年９月から１０月頃、元栗原市職員が担当していた複数の測量設計業務を、元職員自らが下請けする約束で受注し、その見返りとして令和２年１１月から令和３年８月頃の間におよそ５０万円相当の物品を渡した。以上により、令和５年２月１４日逮捕、３月７日贈賄の罪で略式起訴され、仙台簡易裁判所から罰金５０万円の略式命令を受け、確定している。 このことから、測量業の営業停止を命じるもの。営業の停止期間は令和５年７月１５日から令和６年１月１４日までの６か月間。問い合わせ先：東北地方整備局建政部建設産業課０２２－２２５－２１７１（６１５８）
