匝技建興産株式会社は、同社の代表取締役が、令和３年４月７日に福岡簡易裁判所から、刑法（明治40年法律第45号）第204条の規定により罰金20万円の略式命令を受け、令和３年４月27日にその刑が確定した。 これにより、建設業法第８条第１２号に定める欠格要件に該当していたにもかかわらず、令和４年８月31日にとび・土工工事業に係る建設業許可を申請する際、及び令和５年11月15日に解体工事業に係る建設業許可を申請する際に、当該欠格要件に該当しないことを誓約する誓約書等を提出し、いずれにおいても許可を取得した。
