株式会社DAIEI（神奈川県知事許可 第25307号）は、元請業者として請け負った工事を一定期間一括して下請業者に担わせたことが建設業法（昭和24年法律第100号）第22条第1項の規定に違反するとして、同法第28条第1項に基づき、令和7年8月1日付けで神奈川県知事から指示処分を受けた。 株式会社新生ホームテックは、その工事を一括して請け負った下請業者であり、同法第22条第2項の規定「建設業を営む者は、建設業者から当該建設業者の請け負った建設工事を一括して請け負ってはならない。」に違反している。 このことは同法第28条第1項第4号に該当する。
