有限会社藤倉クレーンは，令和元年12月18日に，塩竈市内の工事現場で移動式クレーンの転倒防止のために必要な措置を講じず，同クレーンを横転させて付近に駐車中の自動車に同クレーンのブームを激突させ，同自動車内及び付近にいた工事関係者1人を死亡させ，4人に傷害を負わせた。 これにより，令和3年10月22日に仙台簡易裁判所から，同社は労働安全衛生法（昭和47年法律第57号）違反により，当日移動式クレーンを運転操作する業務に従事していた同社役員（当時）は労働安全衛生法違反及び業務上過失致死傷罪によりそれぞれ罰金刑の略式命令を受け，いずれもその刑が確定した。 このことは，法第28条第1項第3号に該当する。
