株式会社女屋スポーツ工事の元代表取締役は、前橋市が令和２年１１月５日に執行した「下細井団地西公園遊戯施設整備工事（社資交第３号）」に係る指名競争入札に関し、同市元職員から同入札に関する秘密事項である同工事の予定価格の教示を受け、同社に同予定価格に近接する金額で入札させて同案件を落札させ、もって偽計を用いて、公の入札で契約を締結するためのものの公正を害すべき行為を行った。また、当該元代表取締役は、前橋市が令和２年１２月１日に執行した「石関公園遊戯施設整備工事（社資交第４号）」に係る指名競争入札に関し、当該元職員から同入札に関する秘密事項である同工事の予定価格の教示を受け、当該会社に同予定価格に近接する金額で入札させて同案件を落札させ、もって偽計を用いて、公の入札で契約を締結するためのものの公正を害すべき行為を行った。さらに、当該元代表取締役は、令和２年１２月１０日頃、当該元職員に対し、上記２件の工事及び「さくら公園運動施設設置工事（第３７号）」の各指名競争入札に関し、当該元職員が職務上知り得た入札に関する秘密事項である予定価格を自分に教示したことに対する謝礼としてビール共通券１００枚を供与し、もって職務上不正な行為をしたことに関して賄賂を供与した。これにより、当該元代表取締役は前橋地方裁判所から令和３年９月１６日に懲役１年６月(執行猶予３年)の判決を受け、同年１０月１日にその刑が確定した。このことが、建設業法第２８条第１項第２号及び第３号に該当し、同条第３項に基づき営業停止処分とする。
