有限会社京大工業及び同社元代表取締役は、同社の業務に関し、３年間架空の外注費を計上するなどの方法で所得を隠匿したことにより、令和６年７月１６日、法人税及び地方法人税法違反で、大分地方裁判所から同社が罰金万円、同社元代表取締役は懲役１年（執行猶予３年）の判決を受け、各々その刑が確定している。 このことは、建設業法第２８条第１項第３号に該当する。
