被処分者は、令和７年２月に東京都品川区、大田区、杉並区、世田谷区及び新宿区所在の９物件（以下「本物件」という。）について、インターネット広告を行った。 この業務において、次のような違反行為があった。 （１）本物件について、売買対象が宅地であるにもかかわらず、反響を得ることを目的として、売買対象でない建物プラン及びパース図を掲載し、「新築一戸建て」の文言を表示するなどして、新築戸建て住宅であると誤認させる著しく事実と相違する広告を行った。 （２）本物件のうち７件について、当該物件から徒歩１０分以内に総合病院といえるものが存在しないにもかかわらず、「総合病院 徒歩１０分以内」と著しく事実と相違する広告を行った。 これらのことは、いずれも法第３２条に違反し、法第６５条第２項第２号に該当する。
