鉄道の安全輸送の確保については、貴社にたいして機会あるごとに注意を喚起してきたところであるが、昨日、長尾線 新川堤防踏切道において、遮断していない状態で列車が通過したインシデントを発生させた。 貴社では、令和３年１月２８日、令和３年１２月３日にも同種のインシデントを発生させており、貴社内において、今まで再発防止対策を講じて来たにもかかわらず、このような事象を発生させた結果となっており、誠に遺憾である。 踏切道無遮断等の再発を防止するため、これらの事象が発生した背後要因を含め詳細に調査するとともに、再発防止の対策を講ずるよう厳重に警告する。 なお、調査結果及び講じた措置等については、文書により速やかに報告されたい。【四国運輸局】
