令和８年５月２５日から５月２７日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められた事から、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。講じた措置については、令和８年８月１３日までに報告されたい。記令和２年３月から運用している鋼索鉄道旅客車（山上車）における消火器について、鉄道事業法第１３条第３項に基づく変更の届け出をすることなく、令和２年２月２８日付け関鉄二第２４０号で確認した図面から配置を変更していることを確認した。よって、同条に基づく手続きが確実に実施されるよう、車両担当者に対し教育を行うとともに、適切に管理すること。以上【関東運輸局】
