令和５年５月９日から５月１２日まで、貴社に対して保安監査を実施したところであるが、監査の結果、改善を要する事項が認められたことから、下記の事項について、改善措置を講ずるよう指示する。 改善措置を講ずるにあたっては、発生した背後要因を含めて原因を究明したうえで、再発防止のための措置を講ずること。 なお、講じた措置については、令和５年８月３日までに報告されたい。 記 １．大井川本線及び井川線の乗降場の上家、井川線の継目板、道床、乗降場、伏せび及び排水こうについて、実施基準（土木編）第４１条に規定する定期検査を実施していないこと、また、建造物検査基準第６条に乗降場の上家の検査項目が規定されていないことを確認した。 よって、速やかに必要な検査を実施するとともに、同実施基準第４１条に基づき定期検査が確実に実施されるよう関係規定を見直すこと。また、管理者及び施設係員に対して施設の検査に関する教育及び訓練を実施し、検査の実施状況を把握する体制を構築すること。 ２．門出駅の乗降場について、実施基準（土木編）第１９条に規定する建築限界を支障していることを把握しているにもかかわらず、必要な措置を講じていないことを確認した。 よって、同実施基準第１９条及び建造物整備心得第１１条に基づき必要な措置を速やかに講ずること。また、今後の鉄道施設の管理にあたっては、実施基準等に基づく保守管理が適確に実施されるよう法令等の遵守を含め関係者に徹底するとともに、適切に施設を維持管理できる体制を構築すること。 以上 【中部運輸局】
